Clean Air Consultants provides a full line of industrial dust collectors and system accessories, and also offers all the help needed to evaluate your dust collection needs, design a complete system, and install the equipment. Dust collectors may be customized for special needs, and we also provide ongoing servicing and supplies.
Cartridge Dust Collectors. Our Pulsatron series of industrial dust collectors includes units that range from one cartridge filter to 48 cartridges, providing collection for a single tool or multiple processes ducted to a central collector. Cartridge collectors are also available as portable dust collectors. Cartridge dust collectors offer effective dust collection for a broad spectrum of industrial processes, including grinding, sanding, welding, fabrication, blasting, metallizing, powder coating, soldering, plasma arc cutting, printing, and trimming.
Cyclone Separators. The Cyclotron series of dust collectors offered by Clean Air Consultants is effective for removing from the air stream moderate to large size particles of wood, metal, plastic, and composites. Cyclotrons are used for industrial processes such as chipping, grinding, shaving/planing, bailing, printing, trimming, and cutting. Optional after-filters may be used for filtering any remaining finer particulate.
Wet Dust Collectors. Our Hydrotron series of wet dust collectors use water as a safe filter for combustible or potentially explosive dust. Types of dust collected by Hydrotron wet dust collectors include metals such as aluminum, alkali metals, magnesium, tantalum, titanium, zirconium, or mixed metals. A wet dust collector can also provide safe collection for heavy sparking operations. Examples of industrial processes served by Hydrotron wet dust collectors are machining, sawing, grinding, buffing, and polishing on metals or metal alloys.
Baghouse Dust Collectors. To handle small to large dust collection needs, our Bagtron standard collectors range from 67 ft2 to 1750 ft2 of filter and from 500 CFM to 25,000 CFM. The Bagtron series of collectors are particularly suitable for the collection of heavy dust loading of curly, sticky, or abrasive dust and can provide continuous filter cleaning while the dust collector is running. Typical applications include sanding, chipping, planing, bailing, processing, blasting, and cutting.
