Dust control booths can be an optimal way both to keep dust from migrating throughout the manuafacturing facility, while also effectively capturing and removing the dust as it is being generated, facilitating visibility and an improved environment for the work process within the booth. Clean Air Consultants offers a complete selection of containment booths with integral downdraft or backdraft dust collection systems. All of our booths may be customized and are available for operations ranging from small, one-worker operations to large, multi-station tasks.
Cartridge Dust Booths. Our original Dustron DB series, the first to feature the optional re-gain air system, also utilizes ultra high-efficiency nanofiber cartridge filters in its self-cleaning dust collection module. The cartridge filters are vertically oriented for full, even loading and effective cleaning.
Panel Filter Booths. The Dustron series of booths also includes the Dustron DPB, a multi-stage panel filter booth suitable for light to moderate loads of dust. These panel filter booths may be configured with a wide selection of pre-filters and secondary filters to effectively filter dust from working on various kinds of materials, including wood, composites, fiberglass, and plastics.
Wet Dust Control Booths. For aluminum, magnesium, mixed metals, or any potentially explosive dust, our Hydrotron booths provide dust collection directly into a water filter system. These wet dust collection booths meet OSHA and NFPA guidelines for dust collectors located inside the building, allowing recirculation of in-plant, tempered air for energy savings.
Lab Welding Booths. Clean Air Consultants also provides the Weldtron series of backdraft welding stations, user-friendly and efficient panel filter booths that safely remove welding fumes for students in schools and training labs, or light welding in industrial settings.
