Clean Air Consultants offers a broad selection of types and sizes of downdraft tables with integral dust collectors, including dry dust collector tables, wet collector tables, and benches with integral lighting, containment enclosures and re-gain air systems. Downdraft tables and benches are compact, versatile, and cost-effective for collecting various kinds and sizes of particles, from smoke and fume to grinding dust.
Downdraft Tables. From single-station to large tables accommodating multiple workers, our Downtron series has the downdraft table to fit the need. Downtrons are used for many industrial processes, including sanding, grinding, polishing, buffing, and deburring.
Wet Type Downdraft Tables. Our Hydrotron downdraft tables with integral wet dust collectors can be an ideal way to safely collect aluminum, titanium, and other potentially explosive dust, by drawing the dust directly into the water filter, thus immediately wetting it.
Downdraft Benches. The innovative Benchtron series offered by Clean Air Consultants combines downdraft and backdraft for maximum source capture capability. In addition, these downdraft benches, available as single or double (back-to-back) stations, feature integral lighting and optional re-gain air.
