Clean Air Consultants provides air cleaners for a broad range of industrial applications, filtering the airspace of dust, smoke, fume, or mist. The working principle of industrial air cleaners is to create a planned, whole-room air circulation pattern, in which the air regularly passes through filtration units in order to clear away air-borne contaminants, and thus improve the working environment.
Industrial Air Cleaners With Disposable Filters. Our high-efficiency Air King M-Series features simple, low-cost maintenance, and is extremely versatile, with a choice of multi-stage filters. The popular M-30 series has a T-style configuration for positive airflow patterns, and can also be used individually in smaller spaces.
Industrial Air Cleaners With Self-Cleaning Cartridge Filters. For demanding applications such as heavy welding, grinding, or finishing operations, we offer the powerful Flowtron series of air cleaners. Flowtrons have large-capacity, self-cleaning cartridge filters and normally do not require servicing more than once a year.
Mist Collectors. Our Mistron series of collectors easily handle industrial processes that generate oil and water-based mists. The direct drive, backward air foil type blower provides quiet, energy efficient, and low-maintenance operation. The filter bag pockets of the Mistron are constructed of high-efficiency micro glass material that can effectively filter both mist and smoke. The vertical suspension of the filter bags allows the collected coolant to drain completely into the sloped drain pan for easy removal or recirculation.
